- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 6 lime slices divided (three for decoration)
- 1/4 cup. Ice cubs
- 1 tbsp. Syrup
Green Tea Base
- 1 tbsp. Jasmine green tea
- 1 cup hot water
Add around 1 tablespoon of jasmine tea in a cup, and then pour in 200ml purified water. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Strain the tea liquid and set aside to cool down.
In a muddler, add pineapple chunks, lime slices and ice cubes. Muddle until the pineapple pureed.
Pour in jasmine tea, and gently shake to mix up. Or you can stir it well.
Pour in serving cup and serve. I always add some fresh lime slices in serving cup for a better looking.
