Iced Grape Tea

Ingredients

Green Tea base

  • 1 tbsp. jasmine green tea
  • 200 ml hot water around 80 degree C

Assemble

  • 10 green grape peeled
  • half of a lime cut into thin slices
  • 1 tbsp. simple syrup or to taste
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Steep the jasmine green tea

  • Add around 200ml hot water (around 80 degree C) to jasmine green tea. Steep for around 5 minutes. Strain the tea liquid and set aside to cool down.

Break grape with lime

  • Place the peeled grapes, three thinly sliced limes, and a few ice cubes in a glass, use a muddler to break them, and release the juice.

Add syrup and cooled tea liquid

  • Add 1 tablespoon of syrup, the cooled tea soup, and some ice cubes to the juice as you like, and shake them evenly.

Transfer to serving cup

  • After shaking evenly, pour the juice into a glass, add a slice of lemon as a decoration, and now you can enjoy this perfect glass of juice.
