Ingredients
- jasmine green tea, I love to match iced fruit tea with jasmine green tea. You can replace it with regular green tea.
- simple syrup – only a small amount of simple syrup because the grapes are also sweet.
- lime- it adds a lovely faint tartness to the sweet taste of the syrup and green.
- Green grape – remember to pee the skin for a better looking.
Step by Step
Steep the jasmine green tea
Add around 200ml hot water (around 80 degree C) to jasmine green tea. Steep for around 5 minutes. Strain the tea liquid and set aside to cool down.

Break grape and lemon
Place the peeled grapes, three thinly sliced limes, and a few ice cubes in a glass, use a muddler to break them, and release the juice.

Add syrup and cooled tea liquid
Add 1 tablespoon of syrup, the cooled tea liquid, and some ice cubes to the juice as you like, and shake them evenly.

Transfer to serving cup
After shaking evenly, pour the juice into a serving cup, add a slice of lime as a decoration, and now you can enjoy this perfect glass of juice.
