Strawberry Cheese Foam

Super easy homemade strawberry cheese foam, only need 5 minutes to make, as excellent as the one sold in milk tea store.

Ingredients

  • 6 slightly larger strawberries , 3 for each cup
  • ice cube
  • 2 tbsp. syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • cheese foam

Cheese Foam

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. creamed cheese
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Instructions

Cheese Foam

  • Add milk and sea salt into cheese, you can use a whisker to cream it.
  • Mix sweetened condensed milk with whipping cream, strain the creamed cheese in. Whip with a milk Frother, whip for about 10 seconds. And remember to move it up and down.

Mash strawberry

  • Place the strawberry into serving glass, use muddler to mash it until it turns into jam. If you want to get chunks of pulp when you drink it, don’t mash it for too long.

Assemble

  • Add ice cube, coconut, 1 tbsp. syrup and coconut water. Coconut makes taste more richer, if you like, you can replace it with other ingredients, like crystal boba or popping boba.
  • Finally add cheese foam, stir it before drink.
