Strawberry is in season now. I like eating strawberries very much, so I always develop some strawberry-based drinks. What I want to introduce today is strawberry cheese foam.

Remember to use a large-diameter straw to get the fresh strawberry pulp and the coconut. The taste is smooth and delicate. Rich milky aroma, with refreshing coconut water, everything is so right. It is an essential cold drink to relieve the heat.

Ingredient

  • 3 slightly larger strawberries
  • ice cube
  • 1 tbsp. syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup cheese foam

Firstly let’s make the cheese foam

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. creamed cheese
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Add milk and sea salt into cheese, you can use a whisker to cream it.

Mix sweetened condensed milk with whipping cream in a larger cup, then strain the creamed cheese in. Whip with a milk frother, whip for about 10 seconds. And remember to move it up and down.

How to make strawberry cheese foam

Mash strawberry

Place the strawberry into serving glass, use muddler to mash it until it turns into jam. If you want to get chunks of pulp when you drink it, don’t mash it for too long.

Assemble

Add ice cube, coconut, 1 tbsp. syrup and coconut water. Coconut makes taste more richer, if you like, you can replace it with other ingredients, like crystal boba or popping boba.

Finally add cheese foam, stir it before drink.
