  • 1 cup hot boiling water
  • 1.5 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Cook the boba pearl

  • Pour the cooked pearls back into the pot, add brown sugar, and add 1/3 cup of boiling water. Cook the mixture over low heat for another five minutes. Please remember to stir at all times to avoid burning.
If you are in a hurry, skip adding water. This batch of boba can be used with four servings of milk tea.

Steep the black tea

  • Add around 2 cups of hot water to Thai black tea, steep for about 10 minutes, and strain the leaf out to get the tea base.

Make Thai Milk Tea

  • When the tea base has cooled, add the condensed milk into it and stir. Then add light milk and continue to stir.

Assemble

  • Add 3 tbsp. brown sugar boba pearls to the glass. Tilt the glass vertically and rotate it to coat the wall with boba pearl syrup evenly.
  • Finally, add ice cubes to the glass and pour in the Thai milk tea to finish. Now you can enjoy this wonderful milk tea.
