Coconut Rose Cold Foam

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • ice cubes

Tea base

  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 10 rose tea bud
  • 1 tbsp. rose syrup

Cold foam

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. rose syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp. red dragon fruit juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

Steep the rose tea

  • Add hot water to the rose tea bud, steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea liquid, and add 1 tbsp. rose syrup, stir it evenly.

Make the cold foam

  • Prepare another cup, pour in the heavy cream, rose syrup, red dragon fruit juice and salt into it, then whip for 10 seconds.

Assemble

  • Add a shovelful of ice cubes to the serving glass, then pour in the coconut water, rose tea base and the cold foam. Now you’ve got a great tasting and looking iced drink.
