Tea base
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 10 rose tea bud
- 1 tbsp. rose syrup
Cold foam
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. rose syrup
- 1/2 tbsp. red dragon fruit juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
Steep the rose tea
Add hot water to the rose tea bud, steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea liquid, and add 1 tbsp. rose syrup, stir it evenly.
Make the cold foam
Prepare another cup, pour in the heavy cream, rose syrup, red dragon fruit juice and salt into it, then whip for 10 seconds.
