Stay cool this summer with homemade coconut rose cold foam, it’s super easy and refreshing!

If you love pink drinks, this is such a dreaming drink for you. And in order to make the color even dreamer, we use red dragon fruit juice. It has a light roes flavor, well combined with the freshness and sweetness of the coconut water. Let’s make the pink snow mountain together.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • ice cubes

Tea base

  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 10 rose tea bud
  • 1 tbsp. rose syrup

Cold foam

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. rose syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp. red dragon fruit juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Step by Step Instructions

Steep the rose tea

Add hot water to the rose tea bud, steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea liquid, and add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup, stir it evenly. The liquid will turn beautiful red and bursting.

Make the cold foam

Prepare another cup, pour in the heavy cream, rose syrup, red dragon fruit juice and salt into it, then whisk for 10 seconds.

Assemble

Add a shovelful of ice cubes to the serving glass, then pour in the coconut water, rose tea base and the pink cold foam.

I love layered drinks but this is the ideal pink one for me.

Tips

If you like stronger flavors, you can add more of these ingredients as appropriate, like rose syrup or rose tea base.
