Rose Milk Tea

Very easy to make rose milt tea.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooked rose tapioca pearls or other tapioca pearls
  • ice cubes

Milk tea

  • 2 tbsp. rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp. red dragon fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup jasmine green tea base

Instructions

  • Place the dragon fruit in a small bowl, use a muddler to mash it, release and sift the juice.
  • Add the milk, jasmine green tea base, rose syrup and red dragon fruit juice to a glass, stir it evenly. You will find that the color becomes very beautiful and bright as you stir it.
  • Fill the serving glass with ice cubes, then add cooked rose tapioca pearls or other tapioca pearls. Here I would recommend using rose tapioca pearls even more, which will make the rose flavor more intense. Finally pour in the milk tea liquid, such a lovely cup of rose milk tea is ready.
