- 1/4 cup cooked rose tapioca pearls or other tapioca pearls
- ice cubes
Milk tea
- 2 tbsp. rose syrup
- 1 tbsp. red dragon fruit juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup jasmine green tea base
Place the dragon fruit in a small bowl, use a muddler to mash it, release and sift the juice.
Add the milk, jasmine green tea base, rose syrup and red dragon fruit juice to a glass, stir it evenly. You will find that the color becomes very beautiful and bright as you stir it.
Fill the serving glass with ice cubes, then add cooked rose tapioca pearls or other tapioca pearls. Here I would recommend using rose tapioca pearls even more, which will make the rose flavor more intense. Finally pour in the milk tea liquid, such a lovely cup of rose milk tea is ready.
