- 1 tbsp butterfly pea flower tea or you can use powder
- 1 cup hot boiling water
- 1 tbsp. condensed milk
- 1 cup milk I use coconut milk this time
- ice cubes
- 1/4 cup coffee liquid
- cookies for decoration
Top cream
- 3 tbsp. whipping cream
- 1/8 sea salt
Similarly, add 1 cup of hot water to the butterfly pea flower tea, steep for 5 minutes, then strain the liquid.
Mix coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk with the butterfly pea flower tea to get this lovely blue milk tea.
In serving cup, add ice cubes, pour in blue milk. And then followed by latte.
Whipping the cream with a very small pinch of salt in a small cup for around 10 seconds.
Top the cream and decorate with crushed cookies.
