Blend half of the watermelon with 1/2 cup of coconut milk. If you prefer a sweeter version, add some syrup in this step.
In serving cup, add cooked sago and watermelon cubes, then followed with ice cubes.
In order to make a lovely layered watermelon sago, we pour some coconut milk to cover the sago layer, then top with the blend watermelon and coconut mixture.
Top with some watermelon cubes and your summer dessert is ready!
