Blend half of the strawberry with 1/2 cup of coconut milk. If you prefer a sweeter version, add some syrup in this step.
In serving cup, add strawberry cubes and cooked sago, then followed with ice cubes if you prefer a chilled version.
In order to make a lovely layered strawberry sago, we pour some yogurt to cover the sago layer, then top with strawbeery smoothie.
