Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Peel the peach skin and cut the flesh into smaller cubes
  • In a pot, add the peach skin and water, simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the water base absorb the color.
  • Pick the skin out and then add the fleshes.
  • Continue simmering for 5 minutes. Strain the syrup out.
