Green Grape Sago

Homemade Green Grape Sago with coconut milk is a dreaming summer dessert with a light green color.

Ingredients

  • 10 large green grape ,peeled and cut around 2 into small diced cubes
  • 2 to 4 tbsp. cooked sago
  • ice cubes as desired
  • 1 cup coconut milk divided
  • 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk or syrup.

Instructions

  • Place grape cubes at the bottom, and then add cooked sago. Pour coconut milk to coat the sago, creating lovely layers. Add ice cubes.
  • Then blend the remaining green grape with 1/2 cup of coconut milk. If you prefer a sweeter version, add some syrup or sweetened condensed milk in this step.
  • Then pour the green grape milk texture into the serving cups. Now the green grape sago is ready.
