Sago lovers, try this grape sago if you want something cool in summer. Compared with the passionate strawberry or mango sago, this grape sago has a lovely light green color that perfectly matches summer.

I use green grapes for the natural green look. If you want a green sago like me, try matcha sago.
Ingredients
- 10 green grapes, seeds and skins removed
- 2 tbsp to 4 tbsp. cooked sago
- ice cubes as desired
- 1 cup coconut milk divided
- 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
Recipe Note
For a better texture and taste, remember to remove the seeds and skins.
Step By Step Instructions
Place grape cubes at the bottom, and then add cooked sago. Pour coconut milk to coat the sago, creating lovely layers. Add ice cubes.
Then blend the remaining green grape with 1/2 cup of coconut milk. If you prefer a sweeter version, add some syrup or sweetened condensed milk in this step.


Then pour the green grape and coconut milk into the serving cup.



Green Grape Sago
Ingredients
- 10 large green grape ,peeled and cut around 2 into small diced cubes
- 2 to 4 tbsp. cooked sago
- ice cubes as desired
- 1 cup coconut milk divided
- 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk or syrup.
Instructions
- Place grape cubes at the bottom, and then add cooked sago. Pour coconut milk to coat the sago, creating lovely layers. Add ice cubes.
- Then blend the remaining green grape with 1/2 cup of coconut milk. If you prefer a sweeter version, add some syrup or sweetened condensed milk in this step.
- Then pour the green grape milk texture into the serving cups. Now the green grape sago is ready.
