Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • ice cube
  • 1/3 cup pure water
  • 1 tbsp. syrup
  • Butterfly Pea Tea base
  • 1 tbsp. butterfly pea
  • 1/2 cup hot boiling water

Instructions

Steep the Butterfly Pea Tea

  • Add hot boiling water to dried butterfly pea. Steep for around 5 minutes, then strain the liquid out.
  • Add ice cubes to the serving glass. Then pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice, syrup, and pure water.
  • The magic process is when you pour in the butterfly pea liquid, it will turn into purple immediately.
