How to freeze
- Pick the Perfect Passion Fruit: Always go for the slightly wrinkled ones. They’re ripe and oh-so-flavorful.
- Dig in for the Good Stuff: Slice your passion fruit in half.
- Portion it Out: Spoon that gorgeous pulp out.
- Transfer the pulp into small containers, cover, and freeze well.

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 lemon, cut into small pieces
- 1 key lime, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Get the pulp

- Slice your passion fruit in half.
- Spoon that gorgeous pulp out
Freeze directly
- Transfer the pulp into small containers, cover, and freeze well.
- Thraw if necessary before using.
Freeze with honey and lemon
- Slice the lemon or lime into smaller pieces, so they can be transported to portion containers too. Mix with the passion fruit pulp. Add honey and mix well.
- Transfer all of them into portion containers.
- Take out 2 cubes and then pour in hot water to make a lemon honey passion fruit tea.
