Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup coffee liquid
  • ice cube

Cold Foam

  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 3 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry jam
  • 1/2 tbsp. red dragon fruit juice

Instructions

Whip the cold foam

  • Add heavy cream, milk, strawberry jam, and red dragon fruit jiuce to a glass, use a stirrer to mix them, and whip for 15-20 seconds.
  • You need to insert the milk frother, moving it up and down to ensure that the cold foam is thoroughly whipped. Stop whipping when the cold foam is double in size.
