Learn to make lovely, richly flavored pink cold foam.
This cold foam has a pink appearance that is very cute. It can be paired with various drinks, such as matcha, and fruit teas, such as strawberry and blueberry.
It has a very dense and rich taste, full of milky aroma. As long as it’s whipped long enough, it’ll be lightweight and won’t sink when poured onto a drink. This results in a delicate texture and a better presentation in appearance.
I used strawberry jam and a small amount of dragon juice to create this lovely pink color. If you want other colors, you can change it to other fruit jams, such as blueberry jam, kiwi jam, orange jam, etc.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. strawberry jam
- 1/2 tbsp. Red dragon fruit juice for the best color option
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. milk
Instructions
Add milk, strawberry jam, and red dragon fruit juice to the heavy cream and mix them well with a stirrer until it doubles in size, around 10 to 15 seconds.
Holding the stirrer in your hand, place it into the milk and move it up and down so it is well-whipped.
Now, the pink cold foam is ready.
