Pour the hot boiling water over the Osmanthus oolong tea leaves and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes. Once brewed, strain the tea to remove the leaves. I always love to add some ice cubes to cool down the tea liquid quickly.
In a serving glass, place in Osmanthus syrup and rotate the cup to make the syrup creating a messing looking. Then add crystal boba.
Pour in coconut milk and iced oolong tea. That’s our Osmanthus oolong milk tea.
You can use common syrup to replace Osmanthus syrup, but we don’t recommend this if you are looking for a great look.
