Love lemonade? Want to try something different this summer? Let’s try this pink lemonade with a magic fruit, dragon fruit and a strawberry base.
If you want to add a twist to your lemonade’s color and taste, I have previously shared matcha lemonade. But this is a new type of sweetheart: pink lemonade.
With just a little bit of red dragon fruit, you will get a lovely pink lemonade without affecting the flavor or taste too much.

Instead of using pure water, I use jasmine green tea to give this lemonade a little floral aroma.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice, about one and a half lemon
- 1.5 cups jasmine green tea base
- 2 tbsp. strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp. dragon fruit juice
- ice cube
Instructions
Add strawberry jam, lemon juice, and dragon fruit juice to the jasmine green tea base, mix well, and then pour into the serving glass filled with ice cubes.

For extracting lemon juice, here’s a way:
If needed, soften the lemons by rolling them firmly on the counter or warming them in the microwave for a few seconds to make them easier to juice. Cut them in half. Using a juicer, juice the lemons until you have 2 cups of lemon juice. Strain and set aside.

Pink Lemon with Dragon Fruit
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice about one and a half lemon
- 1.5 cups jasmine green tea base
- 2 tbsp. strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp. dragon fruit juice
- ice cube
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon juice: Roll the lemon on the countertop, applying a bit of pressure with the palm of your hand. Using a sharp knife, slice the lemon in half crosswise, not from end to end. Then squeeze the lemon juice either with hand or a lemon squeezer.
- Make dragon fruit juice: smash red dragon fruit with a scoop and then strain the liquid out. We only need just a little.
- Add strawberry jam, lemon juice, and dragon fruit juice to the jasmine green tea base, mix them well.
- Add ice cubes in serving cup, and then pour the lemonade in.
