It’s super easy to make and full of chocolatey and creamy chocolate cold foam.
This is a new attempt with chocolate. If you are a big fan of chocolate, you must not miss this recipe. Every sip you take is rich in chocolate aroma and milk richness. The taste is mellow and silky, with a lingering aftertaste and a hint of cocoa bitterness.
My favorite way of serving different types of foam is to match it directly with coconut water. I love to see them mixing together.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp. warm water
- 3 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/3 cup coconut water
Instructions
Add cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and warm water to a small glass, and stir it evenly.
Pour the heavy cream and chocolate mixture we just stirred into another glass, and whip it for 10-12 seconds until it is smooth and double in size.
Finally, add ice cubes, coconut water, and chocolate foam in turn to the serving glass, now you can enjoy it.
