Have you ever thought about making a lovely blue milk tea? I love this light blue color so much. Summer is just around the corner, and drink enthusiasts are eagerly waiting to enjoy iced drinks.

I want to introduce you to an easy-to-make iced drink called “Iced Blue.” You can get blue milk without adding any artificial coloring. We are using butterfly peas to create the blue color. Butterfly pea tea, also known as butterfly pea flower tea, is made from the flowers of the Clitoria Ternatea plant. The tea is known for its striking blue color. However, if you add any sour agent like lemon juice, it may turn purple. What a magic right?

The taste of butterfly pea is relatively mild, so I usually love mixing it with other fruity ingredients like blueberry or other teas. I also include jasmine green tea to make the tea more refreshing and stronger in taste.
