Ingredients

  • 10 green grapes, peeled
  • 200ml milk
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp butterfly pea flower tea + 1/4 cup hot water
  • syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled green grapes in a tall glass.
  2. Use any tool to mash them slightly to extract the juices.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the milk (you can use any milk you like, including dairy-free alternatives like oat milk).

5. Step the butterfly pea flower tea in the cup of hot water until the water turns a deep purple.

6. Pour the steeped tea into your glass. You’ll notice it changes color as it mixes with the milk.
