How to make dragon fruit boba

Steep the jasmine green tea

Add around 1 cup of hot water (around 80 degree C) to jasmine green tea. Steep for around 5 minutes. Strain the tea liquid, I love to add 3 ice cubes to cool the tea liquid quickly. You can use jasmine green tea bag for a shortcut.

Mix dragon fruit and tea base

Add dragon fruit and the cooled tea liquid to the juicer, blend until very smooth.

Add boba, ice cubes, syrup, and milk into the serving glass cup.

I recommend only a small amount of simple syrup because the dragon fruit has sweetness itself. For sweet teeth, you can double the syrup.
