A lovely and summer-friendly peach bubble tea with homemade peach syrup. This is another excellent option for fruity bubble lovers.

Recently, I was super fascinated with peach oolong tea. It is a new choice of oolong tea and it tastes so sweet and unique. So I figured out it could be delicious, too, with peach bubble tea.
Bubble tea is a worldwide popular beverage that originally came from Taiwan. It is also known as boba tea because this type of drink usually comes with black, round, large tapioca pearls. We have lots of bubble tea recipes. Combining fruit into bubble tea is a new trend, and you can try our dragon fruit bubble tea and passion fruit boba tea.
We call all the additions to the basic milk tea mixture sinkers. I combine peach cubes and black tapioca pearls. In addition to the traditional tapioca boba, you can choose from a large group of sinkers, such as crystal boba and popping boba.

Instructions
- Cook the boba pearls according to the package instructions. I recommend a half-cooking, half-resting method: boil the boba pearls for 15 minutes and then set aside another 15 minutes.
- Steep peach oolong tea (or any other tea you prefer) in hot, boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then, strain the liquid out. If you are using a tea bag, remove the bag. Then, add some small ice cubes to the tea liquid to cool it down quickly.
- In a serving glass, add cooked boba pearls, small peach cubes, and ice cubes if using. Then, add tea liquid and pour it into milk and syrup. Stir well before enjoying.

Recipe Note
If you plan to serve this bubble tea with a large straw, remember to cut the peach cubes small enough to go through the straw.

Peach Boba – Peach Bubble Tea
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. peach syrup , homemade instruction here.
- 1 cup of hot water
- Jasmine green tea
- 1/2 cup of milk
- ice cube
- 2 tbsp. cooked boba pearls
- peach wedges
Instructions
Cook the boba pearls
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and then add the boba pearls. Heat over the high-middle fire and cook for around 15 minutes until the boba peel floats on the surface. Turn off the heat, cover the lid, and let it stay for another 15 minutes. Then strain under running water and coat with syrup or sugar.
Steep the jasmine green tea
- Add around 1 cup of hot water (around 80 degree C) to jasmine green tea. Steep for around 5 minutes. Strain the tea liquid, I love to add 3 ice cubes to cool the tea liquid quickly. You can use jasmine green tea bag for a shortcut.
Mix dragon fruit and tea base
- Add peach and the cooled tea liquid to the juicer, blend until very smooth.
Assemble
- Add boba, ice cubes, syrup, and milk into the serving glass cup.I recommend only a small amount of simple syrup because the dragon fruit has sweetness itself. For sweet teeth, you can double the syrup.
- Finally pour dragon fruit and tea liquid, you will see that the color becomes very beautiful. Plug in the straw, now you can enjoy this wonderful dragon fruit boba.
